How is this workshop on remote management delivered?
There are two versions you can attend depending on your time, commitment and management experience
2-Hour Masterclass delivered on Zoom. It is perfect for more senior managers or those who might need a refresher on the main ideas on how to manage people remotely.
4-Hour Deep Dive delivered into two chunks of 2-hours typically on the same day. This Deep Dive gives you additional time to put together strategies and practice the skills covered.

About your facilitator
Joseph is an ICF accredited coach and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Over the last 15 years he has worked alongside managers supporting them make positive changes in the way they work to enhance their performance and leadership abilities. Throughout his career he has advanced in a number of corporate roles. Amongst these he was a Training Manager for an immigration consultancy and headed up a L&D Department in the private sector. He has also worked designing and delivering leadership development programmes for a FTSE100 organisation.
Joseph has managed people and teams for most of his career. He fully believes that key to managing teams remotely is to genuinely trust your people. That way they can show you how brilliant they really are.
