We are a Learning and Development Consultancy providing 3 core services to organisations and individuals: 1-1 Coaching, Training & Workshops and L&D Consultancy supporting HR & L&D Departments achieve their goals. 

Our focus is in delivering impactful learning interventions through Coaching and Training to individuals and organisations globally.

We have worked with a wide range of organisations; from startups up to multinational corporates. Our coaching is considered second to none, where we focus on the individual, challenging them in order to truly achieve long-term transformational change. Through our range of workshop programmes we deliver fun and innovative learning experiences typically aimed at developing leadership attitudes and behaviours.

A little bit about our founder:
Joseph Grech, PCC Coach

 

I’m Joseph, founder of Become and my expertise lies in supporting and challenging people to get unstuck, achieve their goals, and unlock potential… and I know what it feels like myself! Throughout my career I have experienced what it means to step outside of my comfort zone and feel that anxiety as I advanced in a number of increasingly senior roles; first in a SME, then a multinational firm and also a FTSE100 organisation, amongst others. 

Over the last 15 years I have worked in a range of organisations globally supporting people make confident and positive changes in their lives. I provide individuals with a safe yet challenging space to clearly understand themselves, their values and what they want to achieve in life.

I am experienced using a wide range of different coaching frameworks and I believe flexibility is key to coaching. A ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach can be limiting in coaching relationships and can end up devaluing the individual for the sake of following a model. As a coaching psychologist what is fundamental to my practice is a core, humanistic belief in people and I’m a firm believer of strengths-based approaches. Apart from these I also utilise acceptance-commitment and cognitive behavioural frameworks to enable long term change in individuals. 

I have coached individuals across industries and grades in the UK and overseas, including the Middle East and the US. Due to my varied corporate experience I have worked with board level members and also with junior individuals, including entrepreneurs and graduates. 

On top of my 1:1 coaching I facilitate a number of workshops that Become delivers, particularly focusing on leadership and management. I also lecture on CIPD Qualifications in L&D and train on a range of coach development programmes.
