I am an ICF-trained coach who helps overwhelmed individuals live more intentionally in a digital world. I support clients through challenges such as international moves, career transitions, raising children in the digital age and developing a healthier relationship with technology. My work is centred on helping people live with greater purpose, whether the challenge is directly related to technology or not.

Through my business Purposely Digital, I specialise in working with “sensitive humans” people who experience the world deeply and intensely. I help clients embrace their sensitivity as a strength while reducing overwhelm and creating lives that feel more aligned with their values.

Alongside coaching, I am an AI ethics and data privacy expert. My research focuses on promoting human autonomy in AI systems and supporting more meaningful decision-making around personal data and privacy.

My career path has been far from conventional. Before becoming a coach and AI ethicist, I worked and studied as a bioethicist, biomedical scientist, chemist and musician. I also enjoy Buddhist philosophy, Russian literature and birdwatching. The grey heron is both the mascot and inspiration behind my coaching business, Purposely Digital.

Originally from Minnesota, I have lived in three different countries over the past ten years and now live in the Netherlands with my fiancé and our dog, Lucky.

My passion for coaching began through experiencing the impact of coaching myself. While deciding whether to remain abroad or return home, I worked with an expat coach who helped me explore my values and priorities. That experience was life-changing and introduced me to Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, an approach that continues to influence my work today.

One of the most valuable aspects of the ICF training for me has been learning to become comfortable with not knowing. Coming from an academic and research background, I was used to being expected to have answers, expertise and solutions. The ICF approach helped me develop a deeper sense of curiosity, presence and trust in the client’s own resourcefulness. Learning to listen more deeply, ask questions without an agenda and hold space for uncertainty has not only strengthened my coaching but has also had a positive impact on my own personal growth and self-compassion.

I have particularly enjoyed defining my niche and developing the business concept. One project I am especially excited about is a free monthly discussion circle focused on living more purposefully with technology, creating space for reflection and more intentional engagement with digital tools.

I also write regularly on Substack and share content on LinkedIn. I enjoy long-form writing because it allows for deeper reflection than traditional social media.

One of the biggest challenges has been building a business that aligns with my values. I have chosen not to use AI-generated content, personalised advertising or platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Whilst this creates some marketing challenges, it feels authentic to the message I share with clients. So far, referrals and professional networks, including the Become community, have been the most valuable source of clients.

Outside of coaching, I still play bass guitar and sing, most recently as part of a gospel choir. I also enjoy birdwatching, meditation, yoga and long walks in nature with our dog, Lucky.

I’m Vediha, an ICF Certified Leadership & Life Coach based in Berlin, and the founder of CONNEQTORA which is a coaching and community platform dedicated to fostering belonging, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. The name CONNEQTORA reflects my deep commitment to connection and emotional intelligence, two values that really guide everything I do.

My journey has been shaped by living across cultures, careers, and identities, which taught me that true fulfillment doesn’t come from performance or perfection, but from belonging – to ourselves, to others, and to the spaces we inhabit.

Through CONNEQTORA, I help individuals and organizations create deeper connections that lead to lasting transformation. I focus on belonging as a leadership skill, helping people live and lead authentically, grounded in emotional intelligence and purpose. Because when we feel we belong, we don’t just perform better – we thrive, collaborate, and create meaningful change.

My passion for coaching ignited over a decade ago when I participated in a coaching program through my employer. This experience opened my eyes to the transformative power of coaching – how it can spark awareness, clarity, and change. While I worked with several coaches over the years, I often felt something was missing: a deep understanding for individuals with layered, multicultural identities like mine.

This realization inspired the creation of CONNEQTORA – a space for people carrying multiple cultures, languages, and stories, where they can belong without hiding or performing to fit in. Helping clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional intelligence, and find a sense of belonging has become my life’s work and greatest joy.

The ICF Certification through Become was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I sought a program that reflected my values – international, flexible, and evidence-based – and this training exceeded my expectations.

From day one, I appreciated the hands-on structure; we didn’t just study theory but practiced coaching immediately, reflected through logs, and received insightful feedback that honed our skills. The evidence-based, multi-modal approach truly elevated my practice and went beyond standard frameworks.

The mentoring sessions – both one-on-one and in groups – were another highlight. I always felt supported and empowered throughout the process. Additionally, the course was structured clearly, making it simple and accessible. This program didn’t just teach coaching; it transformed me as a person.

Building CONNEQTORA has been a journey of continuous learning, creativity, and authentic connection. My focus has always been on creating meaningful experiences for my clients – supporting them to achieve their goals while gaining insight, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

Rather than pursuing rapid growth, I’ve chosen to grow organically through authentic relationships and word-of-mouth. Every “aha” moment my clients experience – whether it’s reconnecting with themselves or shifting a long-held belief – is my greatest reward.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I host workshops and community events that foster in-person connections, growth, and belonging. I continuously invest in my professional and personal development to ensure I bring depth, presence, and excellence to my coaching practice.

Outside of coaching, I find balance through movement, travel, and mindful living. Fitness and physical activity are essential aspects of my life, keeping me grounded, energized, and present. I view well-being as a holistic practice that nourishes both body and mind.

These practices remind me that growth and connection start with self-awareness and alignment. The same principles I apply in my own life – balance, emotional intelligence, and authenticity – are at the heart of my work in helping others lead and belong as their full selves.

I live in rural Suffolk and have spent most of my career in health and social care, beginning as a nurse and later working as a qualitative researcher. I’m also a proud mum to three grown-up children, each pursuing their own unique path.

Coaching first sparked my interest during lockdown when I had time to explore online learning. I dabbled in personal development courses rooted in coaching principles and became intrigued. After a redundancy, I took a leap and joined a free Become webinar, and something just clicked. I enrolled in the Diploma, initially for the learning, but it’s now become a meaningful and exciting new chapter in my life.

Learning to be truly non-directive has been both the most challenging and rewarding part of the ICF journey. As a researcher, I’m used to interpreting people’s stories: in coaching, the client leads that meaning-making. Developing the discipline to stay curious, trust the process, and support clients in finding their own answers has been hugely empowering, not only for them but also for me as a coach and person.

Become really helped me take my first steps with confidence. During the Diploma, I was supported to start coaching real clients early on, which gave me invaluable experience and helped me build up my hours towards ICF accreditation. I appreciated that there wasn’t pressure to have a fixed niche, instead, I could explore different types of clients and approaches. The integrative nature of the training opened up so many possibilities, and now I’m excited to keep growing, reinvesting in further learning and shaping a practice that feels truly mine.

Nature is my sanctuary. I love walking my dog in the countryside, going canoeing, and spending time in our campervan. Yoga is also a big part of my life. I’m passionate about health and wellbeing, and I’ve found a wonderful sense of community through yoga too. I also enjoy creative hobbies like ceramics, even if I’m still figuring out what I’m actually good at!

Hi I am Lori, based in Belgium, and am currently on the transformative Level 2/ADCT Advanced Diploma in Integrative Coaching with Become.

I am L&D professional, driven by the desire to inspire and help others grow. Beyond my work, I wear many hats: as a woman, parent, partner, daughter, and sister.

Professionally, I’ve always been interested in understanding human behaviour, which led me to study psychology. Over the years, I have become deeply curious about what drives people, why they think and behave the way they do, and how these patterns impact both themselves and others.

My mission is to inspire, influence, and coach individuals around the world, helping them to make positive changes in their lives.

My passion for coaching began a few years ago when I was working as a talent partner for Europe. We collaborated with a coaching company to support young potential leaders, and it was during this time that I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of coaching.

Experiencing coaching myself was a pivotal moment, as I felt its effect and saw how it facilitated growth. This personal experience, combined with the positive impact on others, sparked my deep desire to become a coach. I realised that coaching was not just about providing advice but about empowering others through guidance and support. The passion ignited during this period and led me to pursue formal coaching training, as I wanted to have the ability to create similar transformations in others.

Become’s ICF Certification was invaluable in shaping my coaching practice. What stood out the most was the blended approach of theory and practice.

The training provided a solid framework, but it was the immediate application of the concepts through coaching practice that made a real impact.

The feedback I received from mentors, along with the opportunity to record and review sessions, helped me refine my approach. The mentoring sessions were especially helpful, as they provided constructive feedback that I could apply right away in subsequent sessions.

The community aspect; including the WhatsApp group and support from fellow trainees, also added immense value, creating a space for learning and growth.

Overall, the integration of theory, practical application, and feedback was essential in building my confidence as a coach and enhancing my skills.

Outside of my coaching, I lead a busy life as a mother of two active and joyful children. They are a big part of my life and keep me grounded. Despite my professional commitments, I place great importance on investing in my own mental and physical health. I make time for daily yoga, which has become essential for me… it’s like the air I breathe! Running is another activity that helps me stay active and balanced.

Additionally, I enjoy reading, whether it’s coaching books to deepen my knowledge or fiction to unwind. These personal activities allow me to maintain a healthy work-life balance and continuously invest in my own growth, which in turn supports my effectiveness as a coach.

I am the founder and lead coach of Coaching with Kooks, and I’m also ICF ACC accredited. My focus is on helping women who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and struggling to balance their career and family life. I work with these individuals to find a sense of equilibrium and truly thrive instead of merely getting through the day.

I am half Ghanaian and half English, having spent half of my life in Australia. My Ghanaian name is Kukwa, meaning a female born on a Wednesday, and my nickname Kooks is the inspiration behind my business name, Coaching with Kooks. It’s a reflection of my authentic and quirky self, and I strive to bring that authenticity and openness into my coaching practice.

My journey into this field began almost a decade ago, supporting people who had been made redundant. These individuals often felt hopeless and lacked confidence, and helping them rediscover their direction and excitement for the future was incredibly rewarding.

This experience highlighted the powerful impact that coaching could have on someone’s life, and it ignited a passion in me to pursue it further. The process of helping people rebuild their confidence and find their next path was immensely rewarding and solidified my decision to become a coach. Over the years, this passion has only grown, and I now have the privilege of working with women to help them find balance and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

The ICF Certification process was incredibly beneficial for several reasons.

Firstly, I appreciated that the program was evidence-based and grounded in psychological frameworks, offering a variety of modalities. This was crucial for me as it allowed me to tailor my coaching approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Secondly, the small and intimate group settings were invaluable. They fostered rich debates and discussions, which enhanced my learning experience and helped build a strong support network among my peers. This network has been instrumental, especially since setting up a coaching business can be a lonely journey.

Lastly, the flexibility of the program, with classes in the evenings and weekends, allowed me to balance my studies with my personal responsibilities effectively.

Overall, the comprehensive nature of the program and the ongoing support from my cohort have been critical in my development as a coach.

Developing my business has been a journey of continuous learning and balancing the roles of a coach and an entrepreneur.

My primary focus has always been on delivering exceptional service to my clients. I believe that doing a fantastic job with each client leads to organic growth through word-of-mouth recommendations.

Instead of rushing to acquire numerous clients quickly, I concentrated on providing high-quality coaching experiences, trusting that satisfied clients would naturally refer me to others.

Additionally, I continued investing in my professional development to become a better coach, ensuring that I offer the best possible service. Networking and maintaining connections with my coaching cohort have also been beneficial, providing support and opportunities for collaboration. This combination of a client-centered approach, continuous improvement, and strong professional relationships has been key to the steady and organic growth of Coaching with Kooks.

On a personal note, I am a mother to two wonderful children. Additionally, I have been practicing hot yoga for about 15 years, which significantly complements my coaching practice. Yoga and mindfulness help me stay present and focused, which are essential skills in coaching. This practice allows me to fully engage with my clients, offering them a non-judgmental and attentive space to explore their goals and challenges.

Thus, my life outside coaching is a blend of family and personal well-being practices that enhance my coaching abilities.

I’m Oana, a mum, freelancer, business owner, and coach. With a background in history and 14 years in the pharma industry, I transitioned into coaching after becoming a mother. My passion lies in helping others find happiness and balance, drawing from my own journey and experiences.

Feel free to contact me and say hello on LinkedIn.

My passion for coaching started after becoming a mother in 2021. Feeling lost and overwhelmed, I reflected on what truly made me happy—helping others and connecting with their stories. This realization, combined with my experience in teaching and team interactions, naturally led me to pursue coaching.

The most helpful aspects of the ICF Certification were the structured training and mentorship. The comprehensive curriculum provided a solid foundation in coaching principles, while the mentorship offered personalized guidance and feedback.

Additionally, the emphasis on practical application and ethical standards ensured I was well-prepared to support my clients effectively and professionally.

Developing my business involved leveraging my skills and experiences from the pharma industry and freelancing. I focused on identifying the needs of freelancing parents and those experiencing parental burnout, creating tailored coaching programs. Continuous learning and networking with other professionals were crucial in refining my offerings and approach.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, particularly engaging in activities that bring joy and balance. I also collaborate on projects like “Between Us,” which supports individuals and organisations dealing with the tall poppy syndrome.

Additionally, I love exploring new technological advancements and integrating them into my daily life.

I am a coach and a deputy head teacher. My journey began with a degree in psychology, followed by a career in teaching that led me to the role of deputy head teacher. I discovered coaching through a friend who trained with Become, and I found it to be a powerful tool for personal growth and development.

My interest in understanding people’s behaviour drew me to study psychology. While teaching, a friend introduced me to coaching, and after experiencing its benefits firsthand, I decided to pursue it professionally.

I found the practical elements of the diploma and advanced training most beneficial. The live classes and immediate application of coaching with others provided valuable learning experiences. The supportive environment created by facilitators allowed me to gain confidence in my coaching abilities.

I started by enrolling in training with Become, appreciating the integrative approach of the diploma. Balancing my coaching work with my role as a deputy head teacher, I offered coaching internally within my organization and to other school staff.

Additionally, I established a business focusing on coaching busy professional women, offering one-on-one sessions and hosting coaching retreats.

I also mentor leaders and school staff members to incorporate coaching principles into their leadership styles.

Outside of coaching I love to be in nature and stay active. You’ll find me hiking in the hills with friends or out in a forest with my kids getting muddy.

I also love researching and trying out all things self development related. I love to read neuroscience backed strategies around feeling good and getting the most out of life. This helps me enjoy my life and also helps me to signpost interested clients to a toolbox of resources that they can dip into too.

Certainly! I’m Samia Elyakhlifi, a mother of two lovely daughters aged 13 and 8. For nearly 18 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in research and development. However, the urge to explore beyond the confines of pharma has been brewing within me, especially after recognizing recurring challenges that transcend industries. This realization fueled my desire to spread my wings and delve into new territories, both professionally and personally.

In 2022, I have equipped myself with the ICF coaching diploma and took the leap to found my own training & coaching company with a mission to help many more organisations & their people to thrive. I am a life-long learner, now into 2023, I am continuing to educate myself, to become an organisational Psychologist.

My passion for coaching began several years ago, although I didn’t fully recognize it at the time. Colleagues often remarked on my people-oriented leadership style, and I found myself naturally drawn to leadership programs and courses centered around human behavior and culture. It wasn’t until later, after leading teams and assuming roles like Chief of Staff, that I truly embraced coaching.

Through these experiences, I discovered the power of guiding individuals through introspection and self-discovery, which eventually led me to pursue formal coaching certification.

The ICF Certification provided invaluable insights into the essence of coaching, particularly in terms of active listening and client-centered approaches.

It challenged my preconceived notions of coaching, shifting my focus from advising and cheerleading to empowering clients to uncover their own solutions. Embracing the coaching mindset has transformed my approach, allowing me to facilitate profound growth and development in those I work with.

My journey in developing my coaching practice has been an evolution, guided by my experiences and ongoing learning. I began by identifying my niche—working with individuals who feel incongruent or misunderstood in their environments, whether personal or professional. This focus emerged organically from my own journey and resonated deeply with the type of support I wished I had received earlier in my life. Additionally, I’ve expanded my scope to include organizational coaching, aiming to foster inclusive and healthy work environments where individuals can thrive.

Outside of coaching, I prioritize activities that nurture my mind, body, and soul. I am an avid reader, constantly seeking new perspectives and insights from a diverse range of books. Music also holds a special place in my life.

Nature has become a newfound source of solace for me, as I find joy in simple pleasures like taking walks and marveling at the beauty of the natural world. These activities not only rejuvenate me but also inform my coaching practice, enriching my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level.

I specialize in life coaching with a focus on grief and life coaching. This combination feels like my sweet spot, where I can truly make a significant impact in people’s lives and help them navigate through challenging times.

My journey into coaching started unexpectedly back in February 2019 when I attended a motivational speaker event at my daughter’s school. Little did I know, it would spark my interest in coaching. Seeing the impact it had on my daughter and her struggles made me realize the power of coaching, and I knew I wanted to explore it further as a career.

Following recommendations from colleagues, I opted for the Level 1 coaching certification with Become. It provided me with a non-directive coaching approach that felt right for me. What I appreciated most was the freedom the Integrative Approach it offered, allowing me to develop my own coaching style rather than conforming to a specific modality.

Throughout the ICF certification program, I found the emphasis on non-directive coaching and client-focused approaches to be invaluable. The concept of awareness as action resonated deeply with me, and I appreciated the flexibility to explore various coaching styles until I found what truly aligned with my coaching philosophy.

To develop my business, I initially explored team coaching qualifications but soon realized the need for a more aligned and accredited certification. Following recommendations from colleagues, I pursued the Level 1 coaching certification, which provided me with the foundation and flexibility to shape my coaching style. I focused on creating a unique approach that resonated with me and allowed me to effectively support my clients. Additionally, I honed in on my niche of grief and loss coaching, seeking to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to navigate through their struggles. My business development strategy revolves around continuous learning, refining my coaching skills, and building meaningful connections within the coaching community.

Outside of coaching, I’m focused on growing my business, particularly in the realm of grief and loss coaching. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for men to explore their emotions and navigate through their grief and loss cycles. It’s a passion of mine to help others find healing and growth in their lives.

I’m a 38 year old Turkish ex-Londoner now permanent-living in Barcelona, after moving here in the 2020 pandemic to pursue more joy! I am also the founder of The C Coach.

I’m a passionate advocate of happiness and a resilient mindset to live forward with purpose and fulfilment…. and I’d describe myself as someone willing take risks, ambitious, driven, someone who follows their gut and heart and always for more joy, love, playfulness and self-kindness in life!

Whilst moving to Barcelona, I quit my job and turned my back on 15 years of corporate life, to finally just focus on myself and enjoy some time off in my sabbatical. I realised during this time that my personal purpose and path was greater than an organisational purpose. I had been conforming to societal and external expectations for a long time and although I loved my job, I knew that at the heart of who I am is to support people. Coaching felt like a natural transitional step in both my career and my personal life.

I see the ICF Coach Certification as the equivalent of a driving licence when you want to get yourself onto the roads. There’s a responsibility to others and in essence a great privilege to hold a coaching space, like driving a car in the open road.

The ICF Coach Certification helped me to build the foundation and understanding of ethical practices as well as the structure of coaching sessions in themselves. I went into the training thinking about how I could share my experience with others and came out focused on being client-centric – that’s what differentiates coaching.

I try to practice as much as possible a growth mindset, so I’m always learning and expanding my knowledge with different ways to support clients. I know that my business starts with me – so by developing my coaching skillset, my knowledge, my coaching skin, and passion in this industry – then everything else will follow. I have taken a few years to really dig deep into the kind of coach I want to be, why people choose me as their coach, and what type of coaching services I would like to offer. Clarity of who you are and what your brand represents – is key.

I am a lively person with a playful, energetic, creative approach to life! My motto is focused on joy and self-care. If I don’t feel good from within, it flows into all aspects of my life. I am a lover of Reformer Pilates and swimming, as well as baking and cooking. You’ll find me colouring in mandalas every Saturday morning watching all the cooking programmes and painting by numbers on a Sunday! Living in Barcelona, I love to get out to the sea in the summer and really enjoy being out in nature hiking or just walking in the sunshine.

I work as an authentic and energetic ICF Executive Coach following the Diploma in Integrative Coaching with Become. I specialise in providing the optimum environment, tools and support to nurture individuals and teams to get to where they want to be.

After completing the Diploma I created Destinations Coaching. Through this I deliver high-quality, customised workshops and coaching programmes, and every programme is developed and conducted by me. Prior to starting Destinations Coaching I had over 20 years experience in people management, coaching leaders, inspiring teams with a vision and driving departments through change whilst bringing up two amazing children. I am passionate about helping people to be the best they can be whilst remaining true to themselves.

My passion for coaching started well before my business. As an ICF trained coach I adhere to their values and ethics which place paramount emphasis on ethical behaviour and confidentiality.

When I’m not coaching you might find me walking in the Lake District, or enjoying a BBQ in the garden with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Harry, founder of HDH Wellness. I’m a fully qualified Physical Education teacher and Personal and Wellness Coach originally from London. For the past seven years, I have been living in Dubai, where I have gained extensive international teaching and coaching experience. With over 10 years of working with students and athletes from diverse backgrounds, ranging in age from 3 to 18, I have established a strong foundation in promoting holistic development and fostering student and athlete health and well-being.

I have always held a deep fascination for psychology and a strong desire to empower others to reach their fullest potential. As I explored various avenues for personal growth and the opportunity to assist others, coaching aligns well with my current circumstances of working abroad and teaching. Its flexibility and focus on personal development resonated with me, presenting an ideal path for me to pursue while continuing my professional endeavours overseas.

Through extensive research into various coaching industries and their target audiences, I identified an opportunity to establish a coaching company tailored specifically for young individuals and athletes. My aim is to provide specialised guidance and support to empower young people and athletes in unlocking their full potential and achieving their goals.

I found the study of theory and various frameworks helpful, but being given the opportunity to apply this knowledge in real-life sessions was extremely helpful. Through practice, I not only gained confidence in my ability to utilise the frameworks and skills but also experienced personal growth with each passing week. The feedback and guidance provided by my mentors were invaluable, as they were adept at delivering constructive insights that facilitated significant progress.

I am also a full time PE teacher. When I am not teaching or coaching you can find me on a golf course or doing something active!
