3 Core Units Delivered over 18 Live Classes in 6 Months
The 66 Hours Coach Training Diploma are delivered in English through 3 Core Units that build on top of each other, supporting you explore your own coaching style. These Core Units are delivered over 18 Live Classes interwoven with Coaching Practice and CPD activities over a period of 6 months.
Throughout the Coach Training programme you will also be practicing coaching skills and carrying out coaching sessions. These are delivered either with other coach trainees or with real clients. Subsequently, this will allow you to develop knowledge of coaching but also practice the skills and behaviours to become a great coach. We consider this a vital part of being a professional coach. Therefore, you will be required to evidence your reflective practice to us accordingly.
By completing the Live Classes, Coaching Practice and evidence of your Continuous Development you will meet the requirements to achieve the Diploma in Integrative Coaching.

Entry Requirements and How to Apply
No specific qualifications are required in order to apply on this programme however previous experience of having worked with people, ideally in a 1-1 capacity is favourable. This experience could be through a line management relationship, work done in a related field (e.g. mentoring, counselling, consulting) or other voluntary engagements.
As part of the application process you will need to submit your CV and following this a diagnostic is conducted by one of our team members. This is carried out over the phone and its aim is to provide you with more information on the programme and to ensure that it is suitable for you.
