This workshop is suitable for people who manage teams or are in an HR or L&D position. It is also ideal for individuals who want to explore learning practices that go beyond training, with a focus on implementing them within their own organisation and learning practices.

Attending this workshop will enable you to explore how learning in organisations is changing and what you can do to support experiential learning practices. It is geared both for managers who want to develop these practices in their teams and also to learners who want to explore other options to develop themselves beyond traditional training methods.
