Developing Coaching Skills in Managers

An inspiring and practical workshop that packs a punch! It is ideal for managers who want to develop their skills in having coaching style conversations. During the day you will explore two coaching models and also have a chance to practice your skills. It will therefore support you to start using active listening, powerful questioning and trust-building techniques in no time!

​Who is it for?

This workshop is suitable for people who are in a supervisory position or are in an HR or L&D. It is ideal for individuals who want to explore learning practices that go beyond training. Therefore, there is a focus on using these skills within your own organisation from the get go.

How is it delivered?

Like all of our workshops this programme is delivered either online or face-to-face depending on your preference. It is delivered by accredited coaches who have extensive experience managing teams and people to success.

What will I learn?

By attending this workshop you will obtain a clear overview of coaching fundamentals. Differences between coaching, mentoring and consulting are explored. Two coaching models (GROW and CLEAR) are also introduced and practiced. The workshop will also have a demo of a coaching session followed by coaching practice. You will leave with a series of tools and techniques that will make a significant impact to your life, your employees and the wider organisation.
