As a coach training provider it is key for us that we support you in your development as a coach. And of course we understand that that will not only happen during the programme but also after, as you practice, get feedback and create new meaning in how you work.
So how do we support you, as an ICF Coach Training Provider, in your continuous professional development?
There’s a few things that we do that are core to us and they’re all focused on creating a coaching community so that once you graduate from the programme you don’t feel lost.
1. You have regular Individual and Group Mentoring on your coaching practice to support you harness and develop the skills you are learning. These are key to your development as they support you to not only think about your practice but also help you establish actions around your next steps.
2. Following the programme you will be invited to join our Alumni Community. We meet up every month where we discuss topics in coaching practice, latest psychological research and also provide a space for you to connect and network with other alumni in a friendly place!
3. Ongoing access to our Learning Portal that includes recordings of your Live Classes (that you’d have attended as part of your programmes) and additional curated material. Feedback form alumni is that this is invaluable as they often go back to re-watch a class.
4. When you are ready to apply for the ICF Credentials (e.g. ACC or PCC) we will be there to help you with this through refresher webinars and ICF Application support. We guide you through the process to help you be successful in your application.
These post-programme activities are key to us, but also invaluable to you, as a new coach or an establish coach to connect, grow and keep learning as a professional.
