Flexible Scheduling

Our sessions are offered at various times, allowing you to choose the slots that best fit your schedule. Upon enrolment we will send details of the various components of the Programme so that you can book in the dates that match your calendar.

Group Mentoring sessions are usually delivered either at lunchtime or evening. Coaching in Action Sessions happen in the evening.

Our CPD Sessions are delivered every quarter, each with a new topic. We focus on topics that matters to you as a Coach so these are not tickbox activities but hours spent in a way to truly support your growth as a professional ICF Coach.

Extended Access to Become's Learning Portal for Alumni

Our Alumni get access to the Learning Portal for 2 years as standard. Through this programme you will extend your access to our dedicated alumni portal, where you can find additional resources to support your development. In addition if you have completed your Level 1 or 2 Diploma with us you’ll be able to continue your access to watch the recordings of Live Class and the support we provide for your ICF Accreditation process.

You can join the programme anytime that you’re ready. You can even register if you’re currently studying your ICF Level 1 or 2 Certification with Become or a different provider. If you join part way through the year the cost will be prorata.

Get Support via Group Mentoring Sessions - 1 CCEU Hours per Group Mentoring

Our Group Mentoring Programme is an exclusive offering designed specifically for individuals who have attained a Level 1 or Level 2 Diploma, or who are accredited ACC or PCC coaches.

Mentoring provides a collaborative environment where experienced coaches can engage in deep, meaningful discussions, share insights, and receive valuable feedback from their peers and mentors.

You will enhance your coaching skills, gain new perspectives, and continue your professional development in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Observe Real Coaching Sessions on Coaching in Action - 2 CCEU Hours per Session

Coaching in Action is a series where you can observe a real, live coaching session over Zoom. Hosted by experienced ICF-credentialed coaches, these sessions allow you to observe live coaching sessions, engage in practice, and discuss your thoughts with the Coach.

You have also the opportunity to nominate yourself to be coached as part of the programme.

Engage in Group Peer Coaching Practice Sessions - 2 CCEU Hours per Session

Our Coaching Practice Group offers a supportive environment for you to hone their skills and receive valuable feedback.

These sessions are an excellent opportunity to practice specific coaching techniques, whether through engaging fishbowl exercises or by participating in smaller breakout groups.

Each session is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned in real-time. With the guidance of experienced coaches and the collaborative spirit of your peers, you’ll gain insights and further build confidence in your coaching abilities.
